60-minute appointments are available online from anywhere in the world. You can also choose a comfortable and safe location for your consultation if you are in the wider Tauranga region. I am unable to offer WINZ or ACC quotes at this time.

If you cancel the appointment within 24 hours, you agree to pay a 50% late cancellation fee. If you move the appointment within 24 hours or fail to show, the same fee applies. Thank you for your understanding.

About

Hailing from the West Coast of Auckland, I have called Pāpāmoa and Mount Maunganui home since 2010.

I completed my Bachelor of Education (Teaching) in 2003 and have taught adolescents in Auckland, Mount Maunganui, and Pāpāmoa since. In 2024, I completed my Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Guidance Studies. I also hold a Certificate in Business Skills, Level 2 Reiki and am a TCNZ member. I use a pluralistic, solution-based approach tailored to your needs, offering empathy, warmth, validation, and non-judgment as you explore your story. I believe that realistic choice-making can support your counselling, and I consider it a privilege to journey with you in a safe and confidential environment to process what can be difficult emotions. My wish is to ultimately enhance your self-awareness and resilience.

My interests include yoga, ballet, travelling, and reading and I am a Mum to one teenage daughter.
